Established in Singapore in 1992, Presto Drycleaners are dry-cleaning and laundry specialists operating out of a 7000 sqft warehouse and 13 storefronts, servicing institutions, hotels and the general public.

As specialists, we offer a wide range of services such leather & suede cleaning, stain removal, sewing/mending and alterations of garments to our customers’ requirements, and dismantling/re-installation of curtain and sofa covers.

Customer Service & Operations Executive

Job Description: We are on an exciting track of change and have an opportunity for an individual to join us. You should have an excellent ability to multitask, work independently and have the initiative to solve problems on a daily basis. Roles & Responsibilities - Able to multitask and follow up with all pending enquiries on a timely basis - Ensure the smooth handling of communications of defects to customers - Tackle general complaints and issues raised by customers independently - Address and answer customer inquiries through calls, whatsapp and live chat on a timely basis - Coordinate and ensure that all frontline staffs' counter administrative needs are addressed - Coordinate delivery requests from customers with drivers - Ensure all outstanding operational issues are well followed up

Laundry Retail Counter Staff

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Laundry Retail Counter Staff to help us provide the best in market customer service experience. As a Laundry Retail Counter Staff, you are expected to be independent, neat and proactive in managing a Retail Counter on your own. 5 working days per week with flexible 2 weekdays off days Average working day: 11 hours with a 1-hour lunch break (10 am to 9 pm) Must work on weekends
