Makeup Artist
NARS Makeup Artists are required to go through on-the-job (OJT) coaching from the Counter Manager during their first month, and then attend two-day brand basic seminar. During their OJT period, NARS Makeup Artists will receive trainings in product knowledge, NARS iconic artistry techniques and NARS G-R-E-A-T Experience.
Seasonal Seminars will be conducted monthly to showcase seasonal new launches and application techniques. Top performers will be considered for further personnel development through career advancement programs, elevating their artistry skills, presentation and workshop facilitation.
